How it works

• The back-camera flash fires on every shot and cannot be turned off. The front camera uses a screen flash instead.
• Focus is fixed: Portrait (about 1 m) or Group (about 2.5 m).
• Six film looks are rendered live and burned into the photo, date stamp and frame included.
• Rolls of 24 develop at 9:00 the next morning (or instantly, from Settings). "Develop now" is always one tap away.
• Photos stay in Afters until you save them to Photos; nothing leaves your phone.

Common questions

The flash didn't fire. The back camera always flashes; on the front camera the screen lights up instead. If the screen flash looks dim, raise its brightness in Settings.

My roll is locked. Overnight rolls open at 9:00. Open the roll and tap "Develop now" to skip the wait.

Where are my photos? Rolls → the roll → Save all, or select frames to save or share. Save originals (Settings) also keeps the untouched HEIC.
