Zikirmatik — Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Zikirmatik mobile app (the “App”) and of the optional Zikirmatik Premium membership. By using the App you accept them. For the App downloaded from the App Store, they apply together with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

1. Free use

The Qur’an, prayer times, the Qibla, the dhikr counter, duas and greeting cards are free for everyone and will stay free. The free version shows Google AdMob ads.

2. Zikirmatik Premium

• What it includes: no ads anywhere in the App, and the animated (video) greeting cards and card designs that are only in Premium.
• Plans: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown on the purchase screen in your country’s currency.

3. Payment, renewal and cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies and are requested from that store.
• The lifetime purchase is not a subscription: it is paid once and never renews.
• You can get your Premium back on a new device with Restore purchases, or by signing in to your account.

4. Religious content

The duas, messages and information in the App are prepared with care and show their sources; they are nonetheless for information and do not replace the guidance of a religious scholar. Prayer times in Turkey follow the method of the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet); small differences can occur.

5. Your content and sharing

The words you write on cards are yours. You are responsible for what you share and for following the rules of the app you share it to (for example WhatsApp).

6. Intellectual property

The App’s design, card artwork and original texts belong to Zikirmatik. Licenses for third-party content and software are listed in the App under Settings → Sources & licenses.

7. Liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; important changes are announced in the App. Price changes are announced in advance, as the stores’ rules require.
