Common questions
- How do I reset my progress? Settings → Reset progress, then hold the button for three seconds. This clears every level, memory item and badge on this device (and, if iCloud sync is on, in your iCloud).
- Does it sync between iPhone and iPad? Yes, when Settings → iCloud sync is on on both devices with the same Apple ID. It is off by default.
- Why does the drill play with the silent switch on? The sound is the lesson, so drills use the playback audio category like other music-education apps. Use the Volume slider in Settings or the hardware buttons.
- The tuner shows "—". It needs a clear single note; play or hum closer to the microphone, and check that Auris has microphone permission in Settings → Privacy.
- Note names look wrong for my country. Settings → Note naming lets you choose letters (C D E), solfège (Do Re Mi) or German (H / B).
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
