Privacy
Auris does not collect any data. The app has no servers of its own, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. The developer never receives anything you do in the app.
What stays on your device
- Your progress (levels, spaced-repetition memory, session history, badges, custom drill presets) and your settings are stored on your device.
iCloud sync (optional)
If you turn on Settings → iCloud sync, your progress is stored in your own private iCloud database (Apple's CloudKit) under your Apple ID so your iPhone and iPad stay in step. Only you can read it; the developer has no access. It is off by default and you can turn it off at any time; Settings → Reset progress removes the data from this device and from your iCloud.
Permissions
- Microphone — used only by the Tuner while it is on screen, for real-time pitch detection. Nothing is recorded, stored or transmitted.
- Notifications — optional daily practice reminder, scheduled locally on your device.
Children
Auris is rated 4+, is suitable for learners of any age, and collects no data from anyone.
