Séance
Séance is a five-instrument ghost hunting kit for iPhone: EMF Meter, Spirit Box, EVP Recorder & Analyzer, SLS Camera and Séance Mode, with investigation sessions and a shareable report card. It is made for entertainment: it measures real signals from your iPhone's sensors and turns them into an experience. It does not detect spirits; Spirit Box words are generated from a word bank.

How it works
- EMF Meter reads the magnetometer (µT). Calibrate in a quiet spot; chargers, magnets and laptops make the needle move.
- Spirit Box plays a swept-radio soundscape and speaks random words from a curated word bank. Speaking near the phone raises the word rate.
- EVP Recorder records and analyzes microphone audio: spectrogram, slow-down, reverse, noise gate, boost, A–B loop.
- SLS Camera draws body-pose skeletons over live video with Night, Thermal and Full Spectrum views. Figures where nobody stands are visual artifacts — part of the fun.
- Séance Mode shows EMF, sound, pressure and vibration on one table-top dashboard. Put the phone down; it waits until the phone is still.
Common questions
- No words in the Spirit Box? Words arrive at random; expect one every few seconds. Word rate and language are in Settings.
- SLS shows nothing in the dark? The camera boosts low light automatically; tap the torch for very dark rooms.
- Where are my recordings and captures? Inside the app until you share or save them. Sessions can be exported as a zip from the session screen.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
